1. Introduction

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products purchased. Therefore, the following will apply if there is a need to return the product for repair, replacement or a refund.
This Refund Policy will apply for products bought from us or third party suppliers.
Products currently listed by Montavigus, include but is not limited to :

Therefore, the following will apply for the various products, should the need occurs to return the product :
2 Books (hard copy)
2.1 Unwanted books :
a) Unwanted books may be returned if the original seals or packaging is not broken
b) Books must be unused
c) Misprints occur in the opened book
d) Wrong book delivered
e) Damaged books
2.2 Personalised books such as albums that you have placed on order cannot be returned.
2.3 In the case of the abovementioned items that need to be returned :
a) A support ticket has to be lodged within 7 days from delivery;
b) The return should take place by courier within 10 days from delivery
2.5 If we are satisfied that the returned article complies, we will either send you a replacement or refund the amount paid, less vouchers redeemed.

2 E-books, courses and online courses
Due to the electronic nature, external registration processes, links or codes of these products, the following will apply :
3.1 Defect links or codes
3.1.1 Should any problem being experienced with the link to access an ebook or utilising an online course link or code a support ticket must be created.
3.2 Should an ebook have missing or blurred pages;
3.3 Wrong ebook received;
3.4 We or the applicable service provider will investigate the possible courses of the failure to properly function. Should it be necessary, the provider will liaise with you to issue a new code or link or alternatively a technical assistant my contact you to guide you through the activation process.
3.1.3 Refunds will only be made if :
a) the course cannot be accessed due to proven system compatibility issues and/or;
b) If the product was not activated
3.1.4 If you change your mind about the suitability of the course or ebook for your specific needs or job, it will not count as a valid reason to apply for a refund.
4 Defect products
It is our goal to supply products that are quality and in good working condition without any defects. If a product seems to be faulty or have a flaw, you can follow the process for a refund.
However, the following will not be seen as a defect or fault and will not be replaced or refunded :
5 Warranties
Equipment normally carries a warranty that is included in the packaging with the product. These warranties should be activated as required by the manufacturer.
These products will be handled according to the specifications of the warranty.
All complaints should be activated online through the ticket system and may not exceed the warranty period stipulated for the article or 1 month from delivery.
We are not accountable for repairs or replacement of a product under warranty as it is the manufacturers' liability. However, we will support you to get into contact with the supplier if the warranty code is available and your original purchase invoice and proof of payment.
6 Gift Vouchers & Coupons
Vouchers or coupons used to redeem the payment for an article will be deducted if the order is cancelled.
It is our prerogative to reissue a coupon or voucher after considering all facts and options.
We are entitled to (subject to the applicable legislation) refuse the return of products that are not complete as sold. If parts or accessories are missing we cannot accept them, therefore, no refund shall be made. in case an estimate of value can be made for the missing parts or pieces, a lower refund may be possible.
If a product does not comply with these criteria, you may be requested to pay the collection fees (if applicable).
All payments will be refunded into the same card number that was used to make the original payment. EFT or COD (cash on delivery) payments, will be refunded into a nominated bank account.
7 Donations & Other
NO money will be refunded that was paid as a donation into our account or the account of Montavigus.
Credit for any products or part of a product will not be paid out.
