Our goals
Montavigus does small business development and is well-informed about the operations of the various segments of the tourism and hospitality industries.
Montavigus Projects operated since 2000 as an accredited training provider and currently operates by contracting providers for accreditation needs. We have trained more than 3 000 students with some operating their own businesses whilst others work in businesses as a valuable asset.
We facilitate, coach, assess, moderate and verify a multitude of different skills.
Our goal is to develop products and services that :

The Team
Magda Benadé
Magda finished school in Pretoria in 1971. She obtained her Management Development Programme (MDP) and Senior Management Programme (SMP) qualifications through the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She completed B.Com partially through Unisa, has a public relations diploma, and computer science certificate.
Magda is a certified facilitator, assessor, moderator and verifier since she founded Montavigus Projects and Tours CC in 2001. She has extensive experience and knowledge in the wine, tourism and hospitality industries as well as small business development.
She is also a qualified project manager and a national tourist guide, over and above her business and management experience.
Magda's hobbies include ceramic sculpting, plant cultivation, and multiple other skills.
Team
Our team is all business owners, artists, qualified tourist guides and hospitality professionals, facilitators, assessors and moderators with a host of experience and knowledge to ensure unique experiences to gain practical skills.
Our network of partners offer the opportunity to broaden our scope and fill the gaps in terms of capacity, knowledge and skills.
